Fascias carry the gutters, and soffits close the gap under the eaves. When the timber behind them rots, the gutters sag, joints leak and water runs down the wall instead of into the downpipe. In time that means damp walls, stained render and rot getting into the rafter feet.
We take the old roofline off, check and repair the rafter ends and the bottom row of tiles or slates, then fit new uPVC fascias, vented soffits, gutters and downpipes. We also fit and repair cladding on dormers, gables and bays.

Can you match my existing gutters?
Usually, yes. We fit half-round, square and ogee profiles in the common colours, and can replace one run or the whole house so everything matches.
Do you cap over old fascias?
We'd rather not. Capping hides rot instead of fixing it. We remove the old boards, repair what's behind them and fit new uPVC.
What colours can I get?
White, black, anthracite grey, brown and wood-effect finishes are all available. We'll bring samples if you're not sure.
Can you just fix a leaking gutter?
Yes. Often it's a failed joint, a blocked outlet or a gutter that's lost its fall, and that's a quick repair.
Do you clear gutters?
Yes. Clearing gutters and downpipes is part of our roof maintenance visits too.
