What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode and any details or photos you send us, plus which page you came from.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and quote for your job (our legitimate interest, or steps before entering a contract with you). We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it's kept
Enquiries are stored in our customer management system, which is hosted by HighLevel. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry after 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep job records for 6 years for tax and guarantee purposes.
Cookies
We only set cookies for measuring visits and adverts (Meta and Google) if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose No thanks, none are set.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
